General Terms and Conditions.

 1. Our working method
The houses we present and offer on our website are each private property. You will receive, upon having received your payment on our bank account, the reservation confirmation with all the details regarding the holiday house: layout, itinerary, postal address, etc. After which the reservation will be final.

2. Layout / Arrangement
The layout is described per house and an inventory list will be present in each house. There is ample cooking space, kitchen utensils, cutlery and tableware; of course there is always a refrigerator, an oven and a coffee machine. Extra appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and a television, if present, are also listed in the description on our website. In every house one can find ample bedclothes such as a duvets, pillows and the like. Naturally there is also garden furniture present. Upon demand, the placing of a child's bed is possible, when making a reservation you can specify if you would desire the placing of a child's bed. It exceeds practicality if we describe every item on the inventory list in our brochure, notwithstanding you will notice that in the living room for instance there are more items present than listed in the inventory. Upon reserving, you will receive an extensive description of the house and a list with the most important items on the inventory.

3. Linen and cleaning
With regards to the Morvan-Gîtes, you need to take care of your own bed linen such as bed sheets, pillowcases, towels and kitchen towels. In case you reserve one of the Luberon-Gîtes, you may order a linen-package at the expense of € 25,- per week for two people. The Gîtes will always be presented to you in an orderly and clean fashion. The cleaning at the end of your stay will therefore be included in the rental sum.

4. Pricing
Three seasons are differentiated, namely low season, mid season and high season. For the varying tariffs you need to refer to the Gîtes. Upon demand there are special tariffs in effect with regards to the winter season. The listed prices are all in Euro's and are per week, and per house. The price includes the usage of water, electricity, gas and tourist tax, except when mentioned otherwise in your reservation confirmation. In the case you would like to bring a pet (i.e. dog), an additional fee of € 25,- will be added to the total sum. When making the reservation, you will also have to pay the reservation costs amounting to € 18,-. 5. It is also possible to take an option on one of the houses that will remain valid for a couple of days.After your reservation by telephone, you will receive the following within a couple of days: a reservation confirmation with the payment instructions, an itinerary including the postal address of your holiday house. Upon completion/transfer of the 50% of the rental amount on the specified bank account, clearly stating the house and the period you would like to rent, makes the reservation final. Your authenticated payment copy along with the reservation confirmation makes up your complete rental lease contract.

6. Law / Rights
Every reservation can be cancelled within 8 days, counted from the day of making the reservation onwards. This can be done by telephone or by registered letter. Understand that € 20,- administration cost will be charged. When reserving within eight weeks prior to the start of the  rental period this will not be in effect. Upon cancelation/annulment after these eight days, the cancellation conditions will be in effect without prejudice (Refer to point 8). When reserving within eight weeks prior to the start of the rental period, this will not be in effect and the normal conditions will apply (Refer to point 8).

7. Payment
The payment will proceed as follows:The downpayment, needs to be fulfilled upon making a reservation, and will consist of:-50% of the total rental sum/amount- the reservation cost (€ 18,-)Rest payment - Remaining 50% of the rental amount needs to be fulfilled and transferred to our bank account at least six weeks prior to the start of the rental period.You can transfer the amount to the bank account specified below, by stating the name of the house and the rental period.
